Where should I stay?

This is such a big question with the Treffen - especially for first-timers - that there is a whole section of the website dedicated to it! See - right there on the left - the link that says lodging guide.

Should I try camping?

Well, you can't see it until you click on that "lodging guide" link to the left...but if you were to, you'd see that there's a whole section in the lodging guide that focuses on camping!
